When is the sale live?

The sale begins on 8am GMT on Monday 20th November 2023, which new offers being released daily until Black Friday on 24th November 2023. The sale ends midnight on Monday 27th November 2023.

Shipping times

Due to the expected high influx of orders over this period, order dispatch may be delayed longer than our usual shipping times. Please be assured we are doing everything we can over this period. Please email hq@derriere.shop if you have any queries. 

Order changes

Please email our customer service team as urgently as possible if you enter the wrong size or order details when placing your order. Please include the order number in the subject of the email. 

Promo codes

Any promo codes will not be eligible for additional discount on sale items. 

Returns & exchanges

For purchases made during a sale or with a discount code, exchanges are limited to store credit only and are not eligible for a refund.
